Available on select Siemens products and systems, remote predictive and preventive maintenance services are accessible over an Ethernet modem/telephone line link. Calibration checks may be performed and system "vital signs" are monitored for any deterioration of system "health." In this manner, corrections and repairs may be completed before critical system failures occur, saving time with reduced cost. Typically, our response time to log into site and start troubleshooting a problem is less than one hour from the time requested.
