
The LCP3000EZ fully modular design consists of ten networkable low voltage relay control panels. Each panel offers various programmable switch inputs and 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 programmable control relays. With this technology, there is no centralized control unit. Each device has its own operational program which is stored in non-volatile memory. This removes the possibility of a complete system shut down, which can occur on conventional systems when the main logic board fails. The Instabus EIB Technology offers a greater demand for flexibility, ease of installation and lower energy consumption which have led to the development of lighting control and building management systems.
Unlike conventional lighting control systems, the Instabus operating functions and procedures can be controlled, monitored and signaled via a single shared twisted pair cable. Instabus is a decentralized, event-controlled bus system with serial data transmission. All connected bus devices can exchange information with each other through the shared transmission route (the bus).
