The Siemens Metering Unit, a UL 916 multiple meter unit enclosure, is built for low cost and simple tenant monitoring. For applications like, sub-billing, or industrial cost allocation the Siemens metering unit is an ideal solution. Installed in rugged NEMA 1 enclosures, metering units can monitor multiple loads from one voltage source. Each SMU comes standard with a Siemens 9200, which a enhanced option 2 card. This provides Amps & Volts per phase and average, Energy / Power, Frequency and Power Factor.
