SIMOTION P350 is the open PC-based Motion Control platform which combines the SIMOTION Motion Control System with a regular Window PC Motion Control, Logic Control, HMI, Engineering and regular Windows applications can be executed on one single platform. P350 offers the following features:
Hardware - Celeron 1.2 GHz or P111 1/2 GHz with CD-ROM
Communication - 2 USB, 1 Ethernet 100 Mbit/s, PCI extension; 2 PROFIBUS 12 Mbit/s
Onboard Interfaces - 4 Digital Inputs, 4 Digital Outputs
Remote Periphery - SIMATIC ET 200M/S/X and all PROFIBUS standard slaves (DPV01/V1)
Drives Coupling - via isochronous PROFIBUS
Operating system - Windows NT or Windows XP
Accessories - 12-inch and 15-inch color flat panels with keys or touch screen, keyboard mouse
Number of axes - up to 16
Runtime functionality - SIMOTION Runtime Software

The SIMOTION P350 includes all all software for Motion Control, technological functions, and Logic Control for the entire machine application. The operating system Windows NT or XP can be used for engineering, HMI applications, or any other Windows applications. Remote Periphery and digital drives are connected via PROFIBUS. The integrated PCI PROFIBUS card offers 2 isynchronous interfaces. On board Ethernet can be used for connection to a network.
