This Program offers a simple way to easily exchange new, unused coils that have been changed out and are now sitting on your shelf.

No more Return Goods Authorizations, no more replacement orders and debits, no more invoices, and no more invoice payments!

TERMS: This is an exchange order, do not issue a debit memo. A minimum of 20 coils total are required for EACH exchange returned to the factory. Coils can only be exchanged for a different voltage in the same frame size. The coils listed on the Coil Exchange Program Form, SFFM-0243A-0403, are the only coils that qualify for the NEMA Coil Exchange Program. Coils which are used, damaged, or do not qualify for the program will be deleted from the total with no exchange given and the coils will not be returned.

In order to return your new, unused coils for exchange follow these two simple steps:

        1. Complete the Distributor NEMA Coil Exchange Program Form, SFFM-0243A-0403.
        2. Pack the coils to prevent damage and ship to the address shown on the form. The Coil Exchange Program
            Form must be included, as it is the packing list and shipping instructions for the no-charge exchange
            order shipment.

Once the coils are received, a replacement order will be entered and the new coils will be shipped to the address indicated on the form.
