LOGO!Power 1,3: power supply for S7-200 CPU 222 and CP 243-1 IT
SIMATIC S7-200 CPU 222: central control of a machine or plant, direct connection of the Industrial Ethernet communications processor CP 243-1 IT
CP 243-1 IT: Industrial Ethernet communications processor, connection to the network, handling of data traffic, HTTP communications to the web browser, e-mail and FTP communications based on TCP/IP
Automation task:
The operating and monitoring options of an automation plant should be expanded. The access to the automation system should occur via HTML clients (Web Browser). Thereby, the existing internal network or the Internet is used as communication medium. Access must be password protected.
Automation solution:
The automation solution uses the expansion module CP 243-1 IT for the S7-200. The communication processor offers an integrated HTML server, an E-Mail Client as well as an FTP-Server. This enables access to the process information for the standard software (such as Web browser, E-Mail Clients and FTP Clients). The HTML Server enables access of simultaneously up to four connections (password protected) from the internal network or the Internet. Using the standard software saves purchasing and installation costs, for example for HTML Clients (Web Browser).
Startup Code
For the startup we offer you software examples with test code and test parameters as download. The software examples support you during the first steps and tests with your Micro Application Sets. They enable quick testing of hardware and software interfaces between the products described in the Micro Application Sets.
