In the wake of Hurricane Ike, our thoughts and prayers are with the many Gulf Coast residents who are displaced, living without basic utilities, or recovering from the storm’s devastation. We know that Texans, and our Louisiana neighbors, are a hearty lot, and that the spirit of the Lone Star State will carry us all through, but we also know that sometimes folks could use a helping hand. As the recovery effort continues throughout areas of the Gulf Coast following the recent hurricanes, the Siemens Process Analytics family is reaching out to our friends and customers who live and work in these areas to make sure you are aware of the assistance available to you.
 
If you are experiencing analytical issues relating to high water or wind damage from the hurricane, we want you to know that our service, sales, and technical support departments are operational, and that our staff is available to serve you. If you need assistance with a repair or service issue, please contact our sales or service department to schedule an on site visit as soon as possible. We will send a technical expert to your site to perform a complete assessment of your analyzers and sample systems to prepare options for the quickest return to full operation for your facility.
