Siemens Field Service is committed to providing you with the best service and support on your
Siemens product. We offer many services to help keep your plant running efficiently.
On-site Service from Siemens factory-trained engineers ensure that your facility runs smoothly
and that downtime is minimized.
Start-up and Application Assistance is available for both OEMs and end-users.
Systems Modification includes software and hardware upgrades, option installations and
retrofit assistance.
Telephone Hotline Support is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week with skilled technicians
able to solve your problems quickly.
Remote Diagnostics can analyze and diagnose problems via modem.
Siemens Service Agreements
Even the best equipment needs maintenance and care. Siemens offers three levels of Service Agreements to keep your machine fully operational.
SIE MACH Level I Service Agreements provide exchange of parts, on-site service and motor repair.
Our SIE MACH Level II Agreement offers access to our Technical Support Service 24/7 including weekends and holidays. In addition to all of the services offered under the Basic Agreement, our Maintenance Agreement includes preventive maintenance visits.
What's more, Siemens offers its SIE MACH Level III Agreement for extra services such as on-site maintenance training for your staff along with service consultations and 24-hour on-site response time.

Automation Value Card
Siemens now offers additional Technical Service and Support through a new program called "Automation Value Card" (AVC). The AVC is a new method of purchasing optional, value-added services by means of
a pre-paid card. As "optional" services are purchased, units are simply deducted from the overall card balance. Units don't expire, so it's not necessary to purchase them on an annual basis. For more information on the Automation Value Card, e-mail us.
