Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP)
The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is designed for high potential candidates who want to be an integral part of helping SE&A succeed in defining and delivering world class manufacturing processes, products, and services. All of the assignments offer the employee exposure to the promotion and application of business strategy for process improvement within all aspects of operations.
All rotations will support the Power Distribution & Controls Division (PD&C), the Power Conversion Division (PCD) or the Residential Products Division (RPD) of SE&A. PD&C has technologies ranging from circuit protection and energy management systems to controls, industrial software and totally integrated power solutions. PCD consolidates the activities of Above NEMA Motors and NEMA motors as well as Medium and Low Voltage Drives addressing the customer’s need for horsepower, speed, torque control, and intelligence. RPD is responsible for the residential products and markets, the Murray brand, and SE&A’s retail channel execution.

"There is a distinct difference between an upper level manager knowing your name and knowing your capabilities. One will get you a great introduction, while the other will further your advancement. Through cross-functional projects you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities to the individuals who will help shape your career."
