Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP)

The Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is designed to recruit, train, and develop individuals who will be the future product managers of SE&A. Our approach is to offer each MLDP participant exposure to multiple aspects of marketing and product management including competitive analysis, pricing, portfolio management, new product introductions, promotions, channel strategy, inside sales and outside sales.

Rotations for the MLDP will be in one of the following divisions of SE&A.

Automation and Motion Division (AMD) serves the North American Industrial Market, with special emphansis on value added solutions for targeted machinery segments, such as automotive and food and beverage.
Power Conversion Division (PCD) consolidates the activities of Above NEMA Motors and NEMA motors, as well as Medium and Low Voltage Drives addressing the customer’s need for horsepower, speed, torque control and intelligence.
Power Distribution & Controls Division (PD&C) has technologies ranging from circuit protection and energy management systems to controls, industrial software and totally integrated power solutions.
Process Solutions Division (PSD)  is a full service solution provider and leader in delivering innovative, integrated products, solutions and life-cycle services.

This extensive two-year rotational program consists of 4 six-month rotations throughout key areas necessary for building skills in product management. MLDP is a great opportunity for graduate seeking to impact SE&A through go-to-market strategies, sales/production forecast, and competitive product portfolio offerings for both new and existing products.
