Information Technology Leadership Development Program (ITLDP)
The Siemens Information Technology Leadership Development Program (ITLDP) is designed to recruit, train, develop and evaluate those individuals who will be the key future technology and operational leaders of SE&A. Our approach is to offer each ITLDP participant a variety of assignments while providing the training necessary for each to advance and add value throughout their career. The SE&A IT Department focuses on providing technology solutions, services and support that improve SE&A's overall business operations.
This extensive two-year rotational program consists of 4 six-month rotations throughout key areas of IT. ITLDP is a great opportunity for graduates seeking to support SE&A's business users through Customer Facing Applications, IT Planning, SAP Implementation, and Operations & Technical Services.

“My rotations in ITLDP have been unbelievable. As a member of ITLDP, I have regular meetings with IT managers and directors, including our Chief Information Officer (CIO) and other upper level management. Some of my past project required meetings with the both the CEO and CFO, and that level of exposure is invaluable to my career and professional development.” Brandon Fireall, ITLDP
