Ideal candidates for any of our Entry Level Leadership Development Programs will possess the following Leadership Capabilities: Communication Skills, Ability to Learn, Customer Focus, Networking Skills, Ability to Analyze, Initiative, Organizing & Quality Orientation, and Results Orientation.

Program Description

  • Siemens Energy and Automation has one of the most diverse suites of entry level leadership programs in the industry, including opportunities in Sales, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Information Technology and Marketing.

  • Each program within the ELLDP consists of 4 six-month rotations in various distinct functional areas giving participants a well-rounded experience.

  • Upon graduation from the program, participants find themselves in high demand by their respective organizations.  Former program members have worked their way up to the Manager, Director, and Vice President level.
