Automation and Motion Division Technical Development Program (AMDTDP)
The Automation and Motion Division Technical Development Program (AMDTDP) was designed to create a pipeline of technical talent specifically for the Automation and Motion Division of SE&A. This division serves the North American Industrial Market, with special emphasis on value added solutions for targeted machinery segments, such as automotive and food and beverage. The AMDTDP experience, combined with in-depth training and business exposure, allows participants to explore various areas of opportunity to determine where their interests and talents best fit long-term with Siemens.
This extensive two-year rotational program consists of 4 six-month rotations throughout the four business units of the Automation and Motion Division: Machine Tools, Discrete Automation, Process Automation, and Production Machines. AMDTDP is for graduates seeking exposure to Industrial Automation through technical support, application engineering, and business development opportunities.

"ELLDP has provided many opportunities for me to meet with the VPs & managers within SE&A personally – starting with the first week. The fact that they all support these programs is definitely helpful for my career in that I can just call/email them to find out about different opportunities, not only in AMD but in SE&A as a whole."
